Party Terms & Conditions

Rubbish removal: I agree to take all of my rubbish away with me, and I will not leave it in the centre bins.

Hire time: I understand that I cannot arrive any earlier than the beginning of my hire time, and must be out the door by the end of my hire time.

Additional hire time: You will only be let in at the start of your agreed hire time. It is therefore recommended that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your agreed hire time. Your agreed hire time includes set up and tidying up within that time. There is no additional time on either side of your agreed hire time to set up and tidy up. You must leave the building by the time your agreed hire time is up. If you require additional time to set up or tidy up, you must book this in advance depending on availability. If you have not tidied up and left the premises by the end of your agreed hire time, you will be charged for any additional time. As unplanned use of the space incurs additional weekend staff hours and inconvenience, you will be charged double the usual rate. Please help us to avoid this. This is to ensure that our hardworking staff and volunteers can get home to their families on time.

Additional cleaning fees: Please leave the centre as you find it so that the community can enjoy this lovely space. If you've hired the centre for a party and haven't left the space as you've found it, we have no choice but to charge you for the extra cleaning incurred.
