Birthday Parties & Celebrations

We’ve hosted lots of fantastic birthday parties, ceilidhs, anniversaries, Eid celebrations and wedding receptions at the Glencorse Centre! We have various party packages to suit your needs and budget.

Our party bookings cost £100 for a 3 hour party and include hire of our spacious and airy community hall and access to our fully equipped kitchen. Please note there will be a £50 booking deposit.

With all parties, you’ll have access to a hot water machine for teas and coffees, bathrooms, an accessible bathroom and baby change. If you need something specific, let us know when filling out our birthday party hire form below.

Kids Party Catering

Want to take the hassle out of your party? Book kids party catering for just £5 per child! 
What's included
The party catering package includes the following per child:
  • A sandwich (cheese, hummus or ham)
  • A packet of crisps (a selection)
  • A juice carton (apple or orange)
  • Water
You are welcome to bring your own cake and any other additional food items you might want to the party. The party catering package will be prepared for your arrival and served in the hall.
Cost
The party package is £5 per child. Once you have submitted your order, we will contact you with a payment link. Please make the payment for your order at least 1 week in advance of your party for your order to be confirmed.
